Spark P;ugs V70-XC70

Have been wrenching Volvo's from '58 444 to a "94 940, and have done some minor work on my wife's 2004 V70 T5. I now find myself t a point of refusing to pay $150 for changing spark plugs, so have decided to wrench it myself.
I note the new iridium plugs have much longer and finer thread threads, due to the aluminum head I am sure and 5 ignition coils. My questions are 1. What type or anti-sieze thread goop should I use. 2. Any preferences to plug mfg. Have used NGK and Bosch in the 940 with great results. 4. What is the torque number for the plugs? Any other hints/kinks would be greatly appreciated.
