Troubleshooting windshield washer 850

My windshield washer is kaput, even though I can hear the pump motor.
I ran a wire through the 4 nozzles, and it will spurt and dribble out the nozzles.
But not 100%, enough to reach the windshield

What next, Is there something buried under the hood insulation, or anything else that can plug up the works?

I looked around for replacement pump motors and the price varies widely from
$10.37 to $49.99. Maybe the impeller is dead in my pump? Is there an easy way to
check it?
