2008 XC90 "shudder XC90 2008

Not sure how to describe it, but the XC90 is shuddering during mild acceleration in gears 2-3 I think. It does it in tiptronic mode as well. It almost feels like the engine is misfiring, or it's like driving a manual in too high a gear...like mild bucking. It doesn't do it every time, and it never does it in 1st gear or at highway speeds. But it's getting worse...

The dealer testdrove and replaced the front right drive axle at $1K, which made no difference, or maybe even made the problem worse. I plan to take it back since I'm not convinced they felt it since there are no hills near the dealer, and it often does it going into a small hill.

One other comment: about a year ago I noticed that during an ice storm "park" would not hold the XC90--it would roll backwards. At first I thought it was just sliding on ice, but it was definitely rolling. It happened a few times, but then not again since (but I sure use that e-brake!). Not sure if this is related. Finally, again not sure if related, but I found a large bolt on my driveway a few years ago...it could have been from this car or from my other. Back at that point I asked the dealer to check, but they didn't see any issues.

Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!
