The belt is 12 years old, just about time to change the belt, tensioner, and roller. Not the water pump. Age does matter as the belt will dry out and crack. A good mechanic will inspect the belt before charging you hundreds.

Why wait for 90K, that is 30K too short for someone that drives 10K/year. Unless your daughter now drives 15K/year.

Change it. You have time to gather some funds and have it done on your schedule.
