sway bar/control arm wear 93 850 850

I just checked my drivers side suspension, because I was having a weird vibration when I turn to the right (going slow). I first assumed it was the new tires having much more tread.

but then when I look at the parts, I notice that the sway bar (from IPD) seems to be rubbing up against the control arm on the drivers side.

Anyone have any idea why? There isn't much play in the sway bar, I previous replaced the end links, tie rods and others (cept not the control arm) and put in the sway bar about a year+ ago.

I'm not that worried about the worn spot (in the sense that I think I can put off replacing it, since it seems to only be a small notch and not getting any bigger).

But i just wonder if something is aligned wrong (I had it aligned too).
