Looking for the best choice to repaint black part of the dash top S70

Up until Monday, I thought it was unfinished plastic as well. Some of my ABS glue got on the top side while I was working and when I tried to get it off it created a spot that I thought was on top of the plastic. I diluted a small amount of acetone on a cloth with water and it just made the spot bigger. Now it is obvious that it does have some kind of flat finish.

Couldn't find fusion in flat black so I settled for Rustoleum 2 in 1 mainly because after 4 stores it was the only flat black of any kind to be found.

I may yet return it and just use the plasti-dip. It worked well on the front lower air intake and fog light trim it is leftover from.
