Rear O2 sensor 850 1995

Hope you guys can give me some help on this darned check engine light that keeps cropping up. Retrieved the codes 522 and 153, both rear O2 sensor related. Cleared the codes and reset the ECU, only to have them come back within a day or two. This has now happened 3 times. Car runs perfectly fine--turbo responds well, fuel economy is totally normal, the car just runs without a hitch even with the check engine light on. I'll be getting the car checked out on the weekend but I'm wondering if I'm doing any damage to the car if I keep driving it. I hope it's just the wiring to the O2 sensor like a pinched wire or a short of some sort.

Any ideas? Thanks guys.
