Led Lights Out in Radio S70 2000

I have a few LED lights out in my radio, which I love and have no need to
replace. I fewed a utube where a guy shows you how "easy" it is to
replace these burn out bulbs. Frankly, I don't want to tackly it alone
and ruin something. I don't want to buy a new radio either. I have looked for someone in the greater Nashville area who does this stuff
but no luck yet.

Any thoughts.
