How to adjust lights? S70 2000

Hello Brickboard members

I have a problem. The right light on my car seems to go too much up in the sky instead of on the road. The thing is that in the manual it says that there are bubbles to level the lights. Is there? I took it to the dealer and they couldn't find the bubbles. I dont' know what to do. As of right now...the right side has a patch of blackness. Please help me out on how to level out the lights.

Thanks.

tim
