Radio error code S40-V40 00

Hi all,

I searched but didn't find an answer in the archives to this possibly common occurance:

I just rec'd my car back from the dealer (new rear pads, replaced both h/light bulbs, oil change) and now the radio shows it wants a Code to operate.

Obviously the mechanic unfastened a battery cable, triggering the radio's security system, and he did not enter the code. I have a plastic card in my Owner's Kit which looks like it should have a code number...but it's blank.

Can I create a new code, or do I have to take it back to the dealer tomorrow?

Thanks in advance

-Don
