Do 1998 V70 FWD have less issues then the 1998

I found a sweet 1998 V70 fwd looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor 97K interior near perfect runs strong no shakes or knocks air works no oil leaks and checkd out the pvc system. What elses do I need to look for I have had a few 99'-2001 and I am aware of those problems I was under the impression the 98 where more closely related to the 850 series.The asking price is 3500
