no start 850

Hi, did a tune up, fuel filter,cam sensor,fuel relay,fuel pump, but car still runs fine and refuses to start. I checked vacuum lines. I am getting a code 4-1-3 EGR temp sensor but I dont know of this would prevent the car from starting. There is spark going into the distributor. I exchanged-tested the ECU with another working one, to no avail. I let the car sit over night and just now went and start it flooring the gas pedal. I start it and runs fine but I cant take it out because at some point it will not start . it feels like a gas supply problem. Maybe the pressure regulator or injectors not working?? Thanks for any
ideas.
