Thank you for your reply Klaus. It is a gamble at some point. The hardest part is not to get too excited but be calm and make a sound judgement. Certainly, BB and folks like you help me just to do that. I suppose I need to come up with how much I am willing to spend for it and negotiate... Thank you!
