After washing down the engine, it will not start. Help! S70 1998

Okay, the A/C is working after having both pressure switches replaced for $570.00 at a local shop with a good reputation. I also got the 90,000 mile service done & a new timing belt. It was all very expensive ($2,500) but well worth it, I hope. The one thing they said it needed after I paid the bill was 4 motor mounts ($880.00)They also said it needs outer tie rod ends ($200.00) and Lower control arms ($710.00) and an alignment for $180.00. Any advice on if this guy is seriously over charging me? When I was married, my husband handled all the repairs.....
