time for a timing bellt and more? 850 1997

So you went 95K miles on a 70K belt? Not bad. Google 'volvo 850 timing belt' and see if there are any good sites, besides volvospeed.com

Yes, the tensioner pulley and idler pully are good to change. Water pump, just check it and make sure the shaft doesn't wiggle and no weeping. If you replace it, i suggest OEM.
Yes for S belt also and idler pulley.

If you are going to flush the coolant, get new hoses and clamps. Just don't tighten the clamps too hard, and try to put the clamps on the same place on the radiator tubes. Plastic parts don't like to be squeezed too hard. But this is a separate task and should be treated as such from the Tbelt.

Buy a can of white lithium grease and grease the door hinges.
