NO drive NO reverse....new trany? S70 2000

One day to the next it does this..
car starts fine...go to engage the shift lever into D and nothing..never engages..Go to R same thing..the car wont move at all! the shift linkage moves the pnp switch, there are NO warning lights!
new trany time? or is there any glimmer of hope that i just have low pressure and need a filter change! plus flush? :(
