I have had the same issue with mine. I pulled the head unit out of the car and then took off the top cover. (3-screws and some clear tape.) The cover is a friction-fit so it will require some even and gentle prying to remove it. Once I got the cover off, the CD which is problematic will likely be just barely sticking out of the magazine. I used my finger to press into the magazine the rest of the way. Once done with that, I place the stereo back into the car. (leaving the cover off and just far enough into the dash to plug in the power connector.) Enter code, and eject the magazine. Inspect the disks for anything unusual. I have noticed that a select few are just slightly larger than most CDs. That in-turn blocks a sensor in the unit making it think that it is jammed. Anyhow...after making sure the CD magazine does eject alright and all disks are removed, simple press the cover back on and put it all back in. Just don't use that disk in the CD changer anymore. :>)

Oh, and one more thing...if you have an extra $200 laying around, go to the dealer and upgrade to the new SC-901. The whole changer mechanism is 10-times better and faster. Also, you will gain many neat features as well.
