Check engine warning light 850 1996

After replacing a cracked vacuum hose locates under the power steering pump, the Check engine light went on. From some old posts I thought it should be the other way around, any idea?? Also, when the turbo reaches the maximum boost(at about 1.1 bar), it shatters like a N/A car at rev limit.

Dose all these showing the engine's breaking down?? I am very concerned!

Please help if you had experienced before, thanks!!
