HYDRAULIC THREAD SEAL P/N 11 61 056-5 For water pump bolts what is this?

1994 850 Non-Turbo


Looks like my water pump is leaking, have coolant on the passengers side that is showing up. I am having to fill the reserve tank to maintain the level.

According to research that I have done the 7 seven bolts that hold the water pump require what Volvo calls: :“HYDRAULIC THREAD SEAL” P/N 11 61 056-5 what is this?

I would like to go the corner parts store to obtain an equal and not have to go through the dealership. Does anyone know of a good substitute?

Any suggestion on tools techniques for removing/replace timing belt and pump would be appreciated.
