ABS Control Unit/Did they ever make a 4wd 850R 850 1996

I have a 1996 850R. I found what i thought was the same year 850R in my local junk yard. i pulled the ABS control unit. When I got home and took at them side by side they where different. Mine said tracs 2/4wd. And the one from the junk yard said tracs 4wd Did not think much at the time I changed them out in hopes the new one might just fix everything but now the speedo does not work so yes I changed them back and I am going to have to get mine fixed. Did they ever make a 4wd 850R??????
