Warranty Extension for 2007 V70 2.5T

Hi All,

Have 46K on the odo of my 2007 V70 2.5T. Before she hits 49K I have the option of buying the Volvo warranty the goes an additional 48 months and 50K miles. Cost is 3277 with a 100 decuctable for each repair. My experince with a 1997 850 was that most of the repairs took place from 75K to 135K with the majority after 100K. It seems to me that I should take the risk and not buy the extended warranty. I drive about 18K a year, mostly freeway. The car has been very reliabe so far. What's your opinion? Have any of you purchased the extended warranty? Did it turn out to be valuble?

FYI, I have an excellent dealer.

91-745 2007-V70, gone is the 97-850 I had for 11 years.
