2003 V70 2.5T AWD V70-XC70

Finally going to pull the trigger and upgrade from my ailing 94 945T wagon (170K) with a 2003 V70 2.5T AWD, has about 90K has been well serviced according to the CARFAX report, I am just interested in what big services will be needed in the 110-120K future, I guess timing belt is in there somewhere will have to check service records, what sort of regular maintenance will be needed to maintain the AWD system, or insure it continues to work efficiently. Someone already recommended getting a full size spare is this worth pursuing?

Thanks Miles
