Vladimir, The mats your talking of for the S/V70 are very nice(I got the set of four as a condition of purchase when my car was new), and I switch to them from my stock Volvo OEM mats in winter, but I think I like the ones that are more rigid(sorta like plastic or ABS insted of rubber)better.

If I could find a winter floor mat like the ones I had(also OEM Volvo)in my 244, I would buy them. I think I would want the front ones to have the two holes for the locator pins though....and most(if not all)aftermarket mats of this type do not.
