Cheap source for HID lights 850 1997

Can anyone refer me to a cheap source of genuine Phiips HID lights? A cursory scan of the Net shows prices around $700. From some of the Brickboard messages, I understand they can be had for much less, around $400+. Would appreciate it very much if someone could point me to the source selling them for this price.
