Replacement comet wheels C70 2004

Winter finally took its toll this week. I took out my right front tire and wheel and my right rear wheel on a monster pot hole. The Michelin tire is covered under road hazard (had only 2k miles). Not so lucky on the rims. My question, what is your opinion on remanufactured rims and what does this really mean? And, any good sources for new dealer stock Volvo 17 inch Comet 5 spoke rims? I managed to travel home 250 miles in snow on the temp tire. Not fun. Where is spring?
