Fuel Efficiency Lower than Normal; EVAP code 850 1994

Learn how to read and reset codes yourself, that would be the best thing to do now. Look in the 700/900 FAQs, for DTCs. Then clear all of the codes that you can, those that remain are probably valid and we can help you pinpoint your problems. You will also be able to clear the service light.
You are wrong about mileage, the older the car the better the milage. Your 130K miles is nothing, not even middle age for an 850. All of the rough engine parts have smoothed out and you should be getting around 28-32 on the open road. 22mpg around town is acceptable. You will probably get better mileage if you restrict your CC use to longer, limited access highways.

Please answer, we need to know if the advice is good or bad. The 164 has a new home, all I am left with are 2 turbos :)
