squeaky rattling hatch/tailgate 855 850

my '97 855R has a noisy, squeaky, rattly hatch/tailgate.. whenever i go over a bump the whole hatch rattles..i think its the plastic inner trim panel..is there any way to fasten it down better?

also the 2 rubber "bumpers" at the hatch corners have some wear.. will replacing these quiet things down too?
