How hard to swap seats (and non to heated) 850 1995

Thanks for this info. I didn't know about the headrest release. I used zip ties when I did my cable job (good because I may be going back there soon).

I was under some external pressure at the time, and I must say using the zip ties was not as easy as I was hoping. Even if I had a tie twice as long, my memory was it was very hard to get the fingers in there and manipulate the end of the tie into the latch. It may have been just the continuum of cutting hog rings through the whole job that made the zip ties at 1am seem harder than it was. Don
