Holding The engine during clutch job... 850 1993

Ok, I'm about 15 days out of doing a clutch and tranny replacement on m '93 850. I've done all manner of trannies before, front, rear, and awd... However... Looking at the placement of hte tranny on this thing, it looks as if the right half (driver side) of the engine/tranny has to be lowered for the trans to get through the wheel well. I have a cherry picker and auto leveler, but when you drop one side of the leveler, the other side goes up... not good. Does anyone who has done one of these have any tips, trick, rig plans or ideas that they could share? I'm one of those guy that wants to know that something will work for sure before I get started.
Thanks!
