Brakes and Sunroof Shade S70 1998

I have been running 17" wheels on my 98 S70 during the Spring/Summer months since I purchased the car 6 years ago. The car runs great with 185,000 miles on it. The brake noise is unnoticeable with the stock 15" wheels mounted, but with the 17" the rumbling noise is very load when applying the brakes. Can this noise be eliminated? Brake upgrade? Additionally the sunroof shade is rattling. How can I fix?
