I am experiencing intermittent power loss to the idle control valve (ICV) when I turn the key on. If I keep turning the key on and off, I am able to get power to the ICV and the car will then (and only then) start.
Does anyone know where the power originates for the ICV or, more importantly, what could be the cause of the power interuptions? I am also getting a code indicating that the Throttle Positon Sensor's signal is too low; could this have anything to do with it?
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
