'95 850 a/c blower motor quit working 850 1995

I recently went to drive the car and the a/c blower motor would not work on any speed. It is equipped with electronic climate control and has worked great until know. I checked both fuses and replaced the blower motor with one from a salvage yard. Neither of these things solved the problem. When I start the car, both lights by the RECIRCULATE switch and the A/C switch blick on and off for about 45 seconds then they both stop. Please help... I can't really afford to take this to a dealership and have them diagnose the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
