connvert 850 from AT to Manual trans

Has anyone converted an 850 from an auto to a manual trans. I have done this with 240's and 740 and 780's. I have a doner car (my recently totalled 96 850, hit by an uninsured mmotorist,) with a manual trans.
I have purchased a 95 850 with a blown automatic. I am guessing that it is prettty straight forward. Change trans, flywheel, computers, and add the petals, clutch cable etc. Any concerns from a fellow gear head. Otherwise, I guess that I will just do it. I cannot live with an automatic, esp after knowing how the wind out and sing with a manual.
