Replacing battery cable S70 1998

Going through the service records for my newly aquired S70, I notice that last year the dealer advised replacement of the +ve battery cable due to voltage drop.

Is this an easy part to replace (and is there a place I can find instructions online)?

Also I can't find the part at local parts stores or online - anyone know where they sell them other than the dealer?
