S70 uses some oil S70

I've got a 2000 S70 GLT ( low pressure turbo) and it uses about 1-2 quarts of oil between 3000 mile oil changes. I never seen any leaking onto the driveway when I park it. I also never notice any smoke from the exhaust that would indicate that it is buring oil. Any ideas?
