850 Off Road? 850 1994

Hi there, ive recently got a job that requires, on occasion, to go slightly off road (Farm tracks, fields etc, nothing too bad) but on the occasions I have, Ive scraped the bottom, a couple of times quite noisily, there is nothing damaged as I can see, but, I would rather not wait until I damage something expensive. I cant afford a Landrover or a Cross Country. My questions are the following

1, Are there any shocks/springs that would give both the front and rear a lift and keep it there(say 2-3 inches), even if there are heavy loads in the boot?

2, Is there any other equipment I would need?
