Timing Belt Change S60 2001

I need to change my timing belt. I wanted to know how difficult this is and are there any special tools required to perform the change over. Also, how long does this change over take? The dealer wants an arm and a leg for this service and I thought I could save myself some $$$ by doing it my self. The dealer also told me they recommend changing out the belt tensioner at that time as well. Is this a good idea while i'm in there or just burning some cash?
