Chirpping Noise in Dash/Shimmy in Front End V70-XC70

Hi all,

I have a 99 V70 that has developed an annoying chirpping sound in the dash board. It's worse over rough road, but pretty much the smallest inperfection in the road sets it off.

Also, I notice a shimmy that I feel in the floor and steering wheel when I am accelaerating. It isn't constant, but it is consistent.
