Hello Volvo friends! I have a 1998 S70-T5-SE with 75,000 miles on it. The air pump has an occasional growl to it indicating it will need replacing soon. I'm finding the more people I mention it too the more I hear "yea I had to replace mine"....at a $600. cost. Does anyone know about any "secret or hidden" warranties that Volvo might have for these expensive babies that seem to be going left and right. Is there any harm it driving it until it lets go or hopefully doesn't seize up.Is there a Volvo "squeeky wheel" contact that might be able to get a claim through when Volvos first customer help source says "sorry that's not covered". It just seems that if so many are going it should be taken care of from a reputable manufacturer.
Thanks for your help....Eddie
