S80 - Once Repaired, Is it better? S80 1999

I'm looking at a 1999 s80 T6 with 80K miles. It has full service records, one owner, and had the following major items replaced including all routine service and recalls.

Tie rod end replaced
ABS computer/module replaced
Engine/powertrain computer/module reprogrammed
MAF sensor replaced
Rack and pinion replaced

I know there is a risk with '99s, but if all this has been done, should this improve the reliability?

Take into account I can get the car for $10,000. I'm thinking it's worth taking a chance.

Tom
