Driver Airbag Cover Removal/Change

Hi all

I am looking to replace my driver side airbag cover on my 2000 C70.... Any way to get just the cover or is the cover and airbag connected? - Do I need to have this done only by the delaer or can an indy change one out ? Any SRS codes come up when putting in a replacement ?
