mileage is wrong 850 1995

i have asked this question before, but may have not worded it correctly.

My odometer for the mileage is wrong.

I took my company car to my sisters house. The mileagee was 2.6 miles. I then drove my 1995 850 the same route to her house. The mileage on the Volvo registered 4.6 miles.

Does anyone know what may be causing this. I have the same tires on the car that is recommended for my vehicle. Can an authorized Volvo dealer reset the speedo codes or does anyone think its something else. I have no check engine light lit. I have my car serviced regularly and keep all records. This happened one before and the receipt from the dealer state "reset speedo codes to us market". The car runs great and has 113,600 miles. Any suggestions?
