Mounting SC-901 amplifier in S70? Who can look up info/parts S70 2000

Ok, I've spent a LOT of time over the past year trying to figure out how to put an SC-901 head unit into a 2000 S70 along with the Volvo factory amplifier. I have all original Volvo factory parts including the 901 head, p/n 9242029 amplifier, the Volvo wiring harness that connects the amp to the head, and now a 6849820 amp mounting bracket. The 901, harness, and amp all plug into each other and to the S70's body harness no problem. The stereo works great!

The problem is in mounting the amplifier. I have seen many different amplifier part numbers listed when looking up the amp that goes with the SC-901 head unit. The amp I have (9452029) came out of a S70R with 901 head so it was in an S70 to begin with and can't imagine it's wrong for the car. The 6849820 amp bracket appears to have a horizontal mounting surface (tray) for an amplifier. The 9452029 amplifier has a welded on flange that comes of it's main box shaped body and this flange has two bolt holes in it. Before I got the 6849820 bracket it looked to me like the amp would mount vertically so the flange was at the bottom and the amp body is at the top so the cooling fins are clear. I see no way the 6849820 bracket can retain the 9452029 amplifier let alone mate with the amp's integral flange. I have pictures of all these pieces but no hosting site however I could email them to anyone that has actually seen these components before.

It would be great if someone had access to Volvo's documentation on this setup and could cross reference the part numbers.

HELP!

Thank you.
