Steering Vibration S40-V40

I bought my car from the usedcar almost a month. That car was just about 49KM/mileage still very good condition. But I feel my car steering vibration once I stopped my car in D-position(Gearbox)with engine idling. Do you think the car just like that from the original or engine moulding problem?

Pls advised if the problem can be improved !!
