Corrosion Warranty on 850's 850

I have a '96 850 GLT. Noticed there seems to be some slight bubbling(?) in the paint over the passenger rear wheel well. Small area and nothing serious at this moment but on close inspection you can see a slight raising of the paint. Not too worried now but looking thru my cars books I noticed there is an 8 year/unlimited mileage warranty on corrosion. Will be fixed by dealer it says. Anyone out there had a similar problem and am I thinking right in assuming the dealer will fix this as stated in Volvo book?
