I have a 95 GLT thats leaking oil profusely and isnt shifting from 3rd to 4th when the trans is cold. The oil leak ought to be easy enough (conceptually) but what about the trans? I have no objection to ripping the whole thing apart, as I have a whole summer to work on it...any tips would be helpful.
(and anyone following my 95glt -> 97glt thread; this is why im thinking about putting in the 97 motor. Course, Id need a new intercooler, new piping, etc, cause of the accdient that took it off the road in the first place. Im thinking just leaving the car dead for a week or so to fix the trans will be better than fighting with a swap)
