Air Pump S70 1998

I have an Air Pump that has failed and needs to be replaced. I guess, from what I've been reading that this is a pretty common failure. My Volvo VIP(Certified Pre-owned)warranty says it not a covered part. Has anybody ran into this ? I feel it should be a covered item due it is emmisions related...
If not does anybody know where I can get one besides Volvo $$$. Also the check valve to this Pump also has failed...Any help would be GREAT !!
