Extended Warranty S80

What extended warranty company's have any of you guys used? I have some info from Western General. THis is who Volvo refered me to. I have a 2000 s80t6. I have had zero problems but am concerend based on the info that i have heard. So i am defeinatley going to but one. How much can i expect to pay? I am not really interested in the premium coverage. Somethign middle of the road should be ok to cover the "big" stuff.
