Respect your techs and they will respect your cars and you

Please people, as a long time master tech working at a dealership i am often upset by the attitudes the customers have when they bring their cars in.Volvo has not been a highly rated dependible car in the recent years and if anyone that owns one has ever opened a consumers digest report they would be driving somthing else.
If you want good service and you want it done right dont come in throwing a fit. this will almost guarantee you car remaining in an extra day or possibly having to wait (your cool down time ) for "special order parts".
Im not trying to be negitive ...just honest...we dont make as much as you think and the volvo/ford corp is not all that great. To be honest, working on volvos is "job security".
Take care of your techs...dont always belive what the service writter has to say. Talk to you tech , take care of them and they will take care of you.
my customers that take their time to get to know me and keep up maintenence and dont come in crying every other week have the best running cars in town.
OK....i feel better now.....remember what comes around goes around.
