Hello All,

This is my first post for the 850 forum as I've been an avid user of the RWD so please bear with me. Yesterday, my Mom's '92 245 was totaled. She fell asleep at the wheel and slammed into a tree. Luckily she walked away with a few bruises and was more upset about the car but the Volvo definitely saved her life. My parents want to replace it with either another 240 wagon or perhaps an 850 wagon. I'm not too familiar with the 850s so my question is a general one and I'm sure it's been asked billions of times: What years are best and what should they be aware of regarding problems, electrics, etc. I'll check out the archives too but any responses are appreciated!!!
